If you have the cover, you will have to remove the bumper in order to remove that cover. The cover has to be removed in order to mount the hitch receiver.
I would think you would be okay with an offset up to +25mm, depending on tire width.

My understanding is that the Start Stop Eliminator replicates ypu pushing the button on start up so you will have the message.
If I remember correctly, I disabled it on my '21 using the Superchips programmer and did not receive the message at start up.

I used the included mag mount and whip antenna that came with the mxt575. Stuck it inside the hard top and got an swr of 1.01. The ghost antenna was 1.65.
The mag mount has to be over the metal where the hard top sits or swr readings will be well over 2.

I believe what people are saying is when they try to flip the visor down, in the latched, forward position, it hits the rear view mirror. Mine does this as well, but as tall as I am, I wouldn't be able to see out the windshield if I moved it more than an inch or so downward.
