I ordered mine on April 18th. I was told earlier today by Tracy when I asked about the 5-7 week lead time that it’s more than likely to be closer to the 7 week side, possibly longer, before the first orders start to ship out. So to me, that sounds like they aren’t too sure when these will begin...

Bought a set of sway bar links from ACFab two months ago. Received them a couple weeks ago and after using them once, I’ve realized they are not for me, and going to put the stock links back on. All hardware is included and in great shape as they’ve only been on the Bronco for a few weeks...

I agree. I haven't seen this issue with anyone else, including my own set. I guess there is a chance his set was cut differently, but unlikely. The top of the bottom pieces might overhang slightly, but you'd rather have that than the bottoms folding up and not offering complete protection.
