What is the back door?

Mine has been at Blue Island/Gibson rail yard (it’s the same to my understanding) forever. No idea when it’ll ship from there but my ETA is now late December.

My dealer gave me a screen grab of his tracking which had the rail car info in “shipment ID”… a bunch of numbers followed by the TTGX and rail car #. So if they “say” they can’t locate it, tell them you won’t hassle them if you can follow the shipment yourself.

Salesman sent me some info to deer mine rail car. I’m on rail #160588 and it arrived in Gibson terminal yesterday early AM with no future movement. Appears as though, it’s literally next to Blue Island terminal.

Per salesman: “Good morning Tonya, on my end it's showing your Bronco is in Blue Island, IL on a railcar. ETA shows December 21st. Hoping it comes sooner, but on a brighter note it gives you more time for customization ideas for the Bronco.” 😭

Yours says arrived in Omaha this morning at 6:36AM. Maybe we are on the same if you keep getting the Blue Island crap from Ford Chat also.

I have requested a rail # and never got one. I’ve been relying on my sales rep and ford chat. My sales rep will be back today. I messaged him yesterday and asked if Ford Chat was on crack. He said he sure hoped so. Lol. He was going to look first thing this morning so I’m hoping for good news...

So Ford Chat was wrong? My order track says it’s been in same status for nearly 4 days. My salesman will be back to work in AM and he’s going to look into this. According to some rail car sleuthing, it appears two rail cars are in Kansas City KS as of Yesterday. Certainly, mine has to be on it...

Talked to Ford Chat today who said my Bronco is in Blue Island, IL. How in the heck?

Mine might be with yours then because I got an update this morning that said it was in Kansas City yesterday but hadn’t departed as of this morning.

Atleast they’re on the rail I guess! The wait is killing me and I haven’t even been at this as long. I bought off a dealers order.

My status on order tracker hasn’t changed for nearly 3 days. I sure hope it’s moved some since then. I’m surprised we wouldn’t be on same car.

New to group but I’ve been reading. I have a 22 OTX (Area 51) that had a blend date of 11/02. 919/1412 Headed to Blair NE but my salesman said it looked like it’ll be delayed a couple weeks. Original date of delivery was 11/23-11/28. Held up in Garrett IN. Anyone else? I have no railcar info.
