2 door manual checking in here. I've had at least one manual vehicle ever since 2006, and I'm not planning to change that any time soon.

Took mine into the dealership early last week to have it looked at. They were able to confirm that the passenger side is indeed lower by measuring in a flat service bay, but haven't seen this issue before so they said they'll contacting Engineering to see what they say...
Most dealerships should let you use a personal check (though they may do a soft credit pull). I paid as much as they would let me onto my card for cashback, and the rest with a personal check.

Good news: I figured out the problem. The paper instructions are wrong. After watching the Youtube video, I realized what the issue is. If you follow the paper instructions, it has you sandwich the mount between the fender and the felt liner. The problem is that this pushes the mount too far...
I tried installing a set of the front flaps, but I couldn’t get the inner hole to line up to get that plastic push pin in. I’m not sure if it’s the bracket or the flap, but what I did notice is that the cutout for the crash bars isn’t cut deep enough for that hole to line up.
The instructions show a support bracket for both wings, but it doesn't look like it's there in your photo. Did they remove that piece?
