I was told recently by Ford Marketing that they were are taken randomly by the production line employees and if your build was selected, they would email them to you directly. The also said there wasn’t a way to request them.

Make sure you are entering the SALES CODE number (upper right corner of the dealers order printout) and not your 4 digit order code. If you don’t have the sales code number, the chat rep can look it up with the dealers name and location, just takes longer.
