I filled out a report this morning on the BBB. maybe you should check this out to for Colorado: https://bbbprograms.org/programs/all-programs/bbb-autoline/lemon-laws-by-state/colorado
If i'm still waiting I'm going to pick mine up November 1st. No way am i going through a beautiful Florida winter without my Bronco. I'll probably have my friend put in an F150 APIM.
This Friday will be 4 weeks for me. Glad you got your APIM. So i am assuming then that it is NOT on backorder??? I'm going between Ford Customer Service and my dealer and nobody knows anything. It's been escalated twice with no answers.
I agree with this. People also need to be aware that the APIM module is NOT on backorder - they are available. The problem is that Ford has not provided any software for the part. So far I'm waiting 3 weeks.
I didn't even ask for one. But i did say "hi I'm Karen and I need to speak with the service manager". We talked for 2 minutes and he came back with a loaner car. True story. :ROFLMAO:
I'm in Florida and am looking forward to the cooler weather. I haven't been able to take the top down or...
Absolutely incredible but no way would i do this! I may have missed it but what did you pay for the F150 APIM? My car has been in the shop for 2 weeks so far... I'm driving a '22 Explorer loaner.
Interesting thought.
I think people need to start understanding that the part is NOT on backorder. The part is available. Ford has NOT updated its software to send to the APIM manufacturer. We are actually waiting on Ford for the software, not the part itself.
From what I am hearing the part is available and not on back order. The problem is that Ford hasn't yet created the software for the part. We are waiting on Ford.
My dealer called and said the APIM part from the manufacturer is available. But Ford has not supplied the software for the part. Sheās calling someone (no clue who) to try to find something out.
I literally walked in and said "Hi my name is Karen and i need to speak with the manager". I didn't even ask for a loaner car. We talked for 5 seconds, he left the room and came back with a loaner car for me. He was scared. You all make fun of Karens but I just want to thank you for creating usš¤£
Hi Family! So today I took delivery of a 2022 Ford Explorer LOANER CAR :confused:.
After 7500 perfect miles on my Bronco the 12" screen went dead and there's no reviving it - no radio/nav/camera..... I dropped it off this morning. According to some of the other forums here it could be...
