If I was Ford, I would ignore you and give you an escalation path of CSR after CSR after CSR. Then, if I was Ford, I would decide to reward this dealership and their games by giving them a Heritage Limited that isn't tied to any pesky reservation for them to do with as they want.

Maybe I am just bitter but I found the tone and tenor of that email insulting. They didn't even tell me to stay pumped! I think Ford is quiet quitting me.
