  1. Hardmounted ARB dual compressor with quick connect port installed

They did warn me about that. Fortunately, that's not my driving style. It's more sand/beaches and crappy rough forest roads where a lower PSI makes the next 20 miles livable. The compressor is at least 24" off the ground, and I can't see myself doing that sort of water fording (right now at least).
  2. Hardmounted ARB dual compressor with quick connect port installed

My understanding of the install is that the aux switch triggers the relay on the compressor side, and the power is pulled from the battery directly: There seem to be two fuses. I assume that is one per compressor: I was told by the installers that Ford doesn't map a specific wire harness...
  3. Hardmounted ARB dual compressor with quick connect port installed

I did, but I didn't like any of the possible engine mount locations. The engine bay is pretty messy and the dual compressor is a bit fat. There was unused space here under the body, and it's closer to the rear where I wanted the quick connect port. Time will tell if this was a good location or not..
  4. Hardmounted ARB dual compressor with quick connect port installed

Already done. The intake air line was run up to the cargo compartment on the interior right side, in a cavity behind the trim.
  5. Hardmounted ARB dual compressor with quick connect port installed

The installation date for my ARB dual compressor (100% duty cycle) finally arrived for my 2021 "unicorn" bronco. I had a local shop (Asheville Vehicle Outfitters) do the installation. This is the same 2 door Bronco that had the rear seats deleted from an earlier thread of mine. The compressor...
  6. 🦄 Modified my unicorn Base Bronco 2-Door: BFG A/T KO2, Upgraded Speakers, Rear Seat Delete, Sasquatch Flares, Stripes & CB Radio

I'm confused... Is this because I didn't hardwire it into the battery, separately? I'm not running a high watt truck transmitter or a GMRS repeater. The radios rarely get used to begin with, even more rarely together, the CB has a low tested SWR and a tuned antenna, the GMRS is not that...
  7. Ford cargo security drawer installed in a 2-door Bronco with rear seat delete

That's what this was. 😁 An enclosure specc'd for a 4 door but installed in the 2 door with the rear seats out. Range is ok. Fuel tank is small and mileage isn't great, so maybe 250-300 max range. Edit: whoops, @Felix808 said enclosure not drawers.
  8. 🦄 Modified my unicorn Base Bronco 2-Door: BFG A/T KO2, Upgraded Speakers, Rear Seat Delete, Sasquatch Flares, Stripes & CB Radio

The center console has a standard 12v plug outlet on the interior, so I bought a 1-to-2 plug splitter and that runs power for both the GMRS and CB radios.
  9. 🦄 Modified my unicorn Base Bronco 2-Door: BFG A/T KO2, Upgraded Speakers, Rear Seat Delete, Sasquatch Flares, Stripes & CB Radio

I just remeasured to confirm: 42.5" wide (side to side), 40" long (front to back). That is the size of my panel, but you can make the length longer or shorter depending on your layout.
  10. Ford cargo security drawer installed in a 2-door Bronco with rear seat delete

The drawers themselves are very heavy duty and do not rattle. The things inside sometimes bounce around and make a little noise.
  11. Ford cargo security drawer installed in a 2-door Bronco with rear seat delete

This is from my first installation attempt, when I put the drawers on top of my original plywood floor. It looked odd. I didn't like the raw metal look of the top of the drawers. Also, the drawers come with a 50 lbs load rating / warning for the top side, which is why it seemed better to put...
  12. Ford cargo security drawer installed in a 2-door Bronco with rear seat delete

That's exactly where I was going originally with this plan: shorter top floor, angled subwoofer box. However, I liked having a larger top floor surface, plus it was easier to just buy a Kicker subwoofer to put behind the passenger seat. Working on wiring that up next week. Yes, you can slide...
  13. Ford cargo security drawer installed in a 2-door Bronco with rear seat delete

List price for the drawers is probably about $1000, maybe $30 for the carpet, maybe $50 for the wood. I can recline somewhat if I want but not all the way, so if that's important for you then just don't build a floor that goes as far forward as this one, and you will have plenty of room. This...
  14. Ford cargo security drawer installed in a 2-door Bronco with rear seat delete

  15. Ford cargo security drawer installed in a 2-door Bronco with rear seat delete

The 4dr and 2dr Broncos have very similar rear compartment sizes once you remove the 2dr rear seats. The official Ford Accessory metal drawers for the 4dr fit just fine here. The front side bolts go right into the same factory tie down positions. The floor on top is the original 3/4 plywood...
  16. Goose Gear developing 2021+ Bronco rear seat delete system and foldout table

I have actually gone one step further and added the full metal drawer system (The 4dr drawer option but installed in a 2dr rear seat delete), and then put the floor on top of that:
  17. 🦄 Modified my unicorn Base Bronco 2-Door: BFG A/T KO2, Upgraded Speakers, Rear Seat Delete, Sasquatch Flares, Stripes & CB Radio

That accessory rail seems to be 4WP vaporware at this point. I'm waiting for it to be available as well.
  18. 🦄 Modified my unicorn Base Bronco 2-Door: BFG A/T KO2, Upgraded Speakers, Rear Seat Delete, Sasquatch Flares, Stripes & CB Radio

I used this wiring harness from Amazon: (2) Pair of Metra 72-5602 Speaker Wire Adapters for Ford and Mazda Vehicles - 4 Total Adapters https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GEIOZYS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_MSVFABN2EP3R13P16MPB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
  19. 🦄 Modified my unicorn Base Bronco 2-Door: BFG A/T KO2, Upgraded Speakers, Rear Seat Delete, Sasquatch Flares, Stripes & CB Radio

I started with a Midlands CB radio, which I hated, and eventually bought a Cobra classic CB. I added/bolted in some magnets to the back of the center console, and attached the CB that way: The other GMRS radio is installed inside of the console itself on one of the inside edges. Sorry for...
  20. 🦄 Modified my unicorn Base Bronco 2-Door: BFG A/T KO2, Upgraded Speakers, Rear Seat Delete, Sasquatch Flares, Stripes & CB Radio

I ended up unscrewing the tail light brace, shifting it up 1", and screwing it back it (just drilling new holes into the plastic brace for the screws to use).
