Agreed. Keeping a white soft top from discoloring on an off road vehicle would be nightmarish. I park outside, so that’s a no for me, dog. 🤣
As I’ve said, though. A tan square back for the 2 door would be 😘.
I don’t blame Lando. I like the guy and think he’s a great driver. But this Papaya Rules crap will be an asterisk on his championship if he’s able to pull it off. That pit stop/position swap in Monza was a total joke.
I’m happy the gloves are finally off. I hope Z Brown and McClaren don’t...
Apparently, OP had the time to research (and purchase) that anodized blue volume knob trim ring. It would be unreasonable to suggest they reserve even a modicum of mental bandwidth to understand the controls required for basic vehicle functions…
Ok. I’m not a Piastri fan. Don’t actually give a shit about McClaren. But I gotta say - Zach Brown sucks. If Oscar had hit Lando on lap 1 in Singapore today, Oscar 💯 would have been instructed to give the position back.
I’m now rooting for Max to overtake Lando for second place in the drivers...
Q: Who are the real winners in this debate?
A: Amazon and the junk companies that manufacture plastic crap that we use to fill the gaping hole left in our souls by late-period capitalism. Because connecting with other humans is apparently impossible at this point without the help of Chinese...
Drove up to Mission point lighthouse, then south and east through Traverse City and back into Kalkaska. Beautiful Forest roads that should be popping with color in just a couple weeks.
As someone who had a very similar collision with a red light runner, I can tell you that you’re lucky it’s totaled. My insurance company didn’t total the Bronco and then I dealt with 18 months of back and forth with the dealership/service department to get it back close to normal. Front body...
I had 255/85r16 Falken Wildpeak M/T on my base steelies for 30k miles, rotated regularly at 5k intervals. They were fairly quiet (for mud terrains) until 30k and then they started howling pretty good after a rotation.
So I swapped those for some black diamond takeoffs with 285/70r17 BFG KO3...
You beat me to it. My shackles are in the rear cargo area. Which means they’re always available, never muddy/ice-covered.
If you can avoid the distraction of color matching recovery gear, you can instead prioritize quality/durability/safety.
Was in Grand Rapids for work three days until Friday. Drove to Silver Lake Sand Dunes Friday afternoon. No action shots because I never take the time for and/or forget. I always say I’ll do better this time. But as you can see - just some pics after the Bronco was all cleaned up.
37k since February 2023. We got off to a rocky start (I was smacked by a red light runner at 1K miles, and dealt with several rounds of dealer “corrections” after that). But since about 20k it’s been all smiles…
Yeah, I had that size on mine (actually 265/70r17) because they came on the OEM Black Diamond takeoffs that I bought. Drove it that way for a couple weeks before installing the 285/70r17 KO3s. Just my opinion but the 33” look so much better than the 31.6”. And, .75” more clearance ain’t nothin...
