  1. Northern Illinois

Also, anyone have any clue if getting insurance on the car right away would be an issue since buying out of state? Do you have to have Illinois temp plates for the vehicle immediately?
  2. Northern Illinois

Same here, looking for the best deal. I just don't know how bad the logistics would be if I switch to Granger considering I'll be doing a trade-in (good benefit would be driving the trade-in out there and leaving in the Bronc haha). Still on the fence about that and Packey Webb to at least get...
  3. Northern Illinois

Did you talk with Rod Baker at all? Any deals or just confirmed MSRP? I finally got the email from them this week to place the order. I'm just in the situation where I will be deferring to MY22 so I'm not sure if I should transfer dealerships now or wait until prior to placing the order for...
  4. Northern Illinois

Question that maybe someone in here can answer. I will be opting for a 22MY and thinking about switching to Granger to get the better deal (right now my reservation is with Rod Baker who is doing MSRP, or also thinking of switching to Packey Webb with the Lifetime PT Warranty). My only concern...
  5. What aftermarket wheels for 2021+ Bronco do you want?

Y'all think getting the beauty ring on the Squatch wheels painted to match the interior accent colors would look too ugly? i.e. orange for badlands, but on area 51 body color. I feel like it would only look decent with the doors off so you can see all the orange in the interior
  6. Bronco Warthog or Heritage Edition? Ford will reveal a never-before-seen Bronco model on Wednesday

If Ford was smart and really wanted to drop the hammer on the competition, they should have revealed the Raptor, Warthog, and Ranger Raptor all on the same day IMO
  7. 4-Door Badlands AREA 51 with soft top down at King of Hammers

Does anyone know if the fast-back soft top folds all the way down like the standard in this pic? I personally like the look of the fast-back on the 4 doors but don't think I would like it if it doesn't fold down and back all the way
  8. Northern Illinois

Ah gotcha. I made my reservation in November plus I want to wait until MY22
  9. Northern Illinois

Might come off as a dumb question, but just in case others are also wondering, what is the difference between the MSRP and invoice? Is the invoice what the dealer pays for the vehicle?
  10. Northern Illinois

Awesome, thanks for the update. I didn't know how long to wait til I called as I haven't heard anything either. I'm a very late reservation and will defer to MY22 so hopefully that goes smooth with them. But I might wait and see if a different dealer in the Chicagoland area has a better deal...
  11. 15+ Bronco builds from the factory ??♨️

If the CG looked more minty like in this photo, it would hands down be my pick (especially since I'm pushed to MY22 and would get it with the white top). But like everyone sad, could be the light, the lens, or the individual that sees a different color
  12. Northern Illinois

My family has purchased vehicles from both, both new cars. 2014 my parents got an explorer and ended up going to Tirapelli because they didn't like the salesman they were working with at Rod Baker. Last year my dad purchased an F-150 from Rod Baker just because they had the trim+engine package...
  13. OMG! My (now)ex-dealer response to pricing question. Sumner,Wa.

The red flag for you to find a new dealer couldn't be any brighter lol
  14. Knowing your place in line

That's good news for some, like me, that purposely placed the order late to get more options with the MY22. Thanks!

  17. Live Q&A with Badlands Bronco

Thank you! That helps a lot. I was slowly going crazy trying to identify which tires were on the pics BN had been posting and that answers why I couldn't because I thought I was looking for true, knobby mud tires when looking at Sas models
  18. Live Q&A with Badlands Bronco

Hoping some people can help with this question and possibly others along the way when it comes to upgrading to Sas. This Bronco (BL) will most likely be my daily driver (300 miles/week, mostly highway) as well as fun weekend vehicle. I'm still on the fence about upgrading to the Sasquatch...
  19. 2021 Bronco chassis closeups (frame, suspension, axles, hubs, engine) ???️

Yes that's the vapor canister for the evap system; filters out fumes from the fuel tank and sends it back to the engine to use as well. Usually positioned to the rear and above the fuel tank
