I haven't noticed a difference in the lag between normal and sport on mine but if there is a difference it is not much at all. The lag is a little annoying to me but still fun to drive.

I have been running the Boomba weighted shifter knob (black) and like it but I think that I like this better. Does this unit change the ergonomics of the lock out lug very much? Had an AR chisel on order (bad subject) but that's not happening...

I installed mine about a week ago. its one of the best mod's on my 2 door base Bronco. It definitely reduces heat and hard top wind noise. My Bronco came with the factory headliner but this is an improvement on that for sure. Would I purchase again if I bought a new 6G? Yes. Hope this helps if...
