i would like them - since I am taller I cannot see the temp settings on the 12 inch screen - the dashboard overhang blocks my view of the top inch or so of the screen. But. like you said - you win some you lose some. Is it worth $400 to add them? hmmmm. Not so much.
thank you! Makes sense since I see their sidesteps use the same size tubing - wanted to be sure. Appreciate your response - and your bronco looks awesome!
OK - so I ordered the Havoc - arrived completely destroyed from 4WP, didnt even remove it from the smashed box! (Although I could see the bumper was damaged as it poked out of the box!) I sent that one back. Havoc turned out to tbe cheaper ($809) so ordered a second one from them direct - hope...
I see the Adaptive Cruise block - does the bumper block it? Does the mesh work with it? I see the bumper accomodates the sonar and camera, but want to be sure the ACC works.
Also - what size are the light holes and are the mounts included? I have the factory 'capable' bumper w/ factory lights -...
I changed to coil overs and use the Ford drawer in the rear of my bronco. I have a fair amount of stuff in it but not as much as you. Even with what I have, the rear of my bronco sits lower than the front. I had to add an additional inch and a half of lift to the rear coil overs to level the...
Nice - put the same rims on my BadSAS with 37 KO2s. Your rig looks sweet! I put the Eibach coil overs on. Had to lift more in the rear of mine to get level - I have the cargo area drawer with some weight in it so it sagged in the back. Honestly though, even with my 2.5 inches of lift, it looks...
Yes still watching although my chase kit has been five weeks on back order from 4wheelparts. By the way if you have a capital one credit card they have been sending 30% cash back offers for 4wp. Frankly it’s not my favorite store but I bought a bunch of lights and stuff for 1500 bucks and got...
Apple uses Bluetooth for the initial phone pairing - once paired, you may then enable CarPlay. Once enabled, CarPlay from then on will communicate with the vehicle using a closed Wi-Fi connection. So it will be using cellular and Wi-Fi as you drive along.
on the Havoc website, it says it’s compatible with all the Ford’s equipment including the camera, sensors and ACC. The guy at Sema said that as well but you never know I guess. I don’t think it moves the unit - so as long as the bumper doesn’t block it shouldn’t be a problem. but since it is now...
they are AVS - in the picture I took at SEMA you can see the sticker from AVS. Unfortunately, it’s not quite clear enough to get the part number or scan the QR code but it’s definitely AVS
while generally not a fan of havoc products, I saw this at Sema, and it’s one of the few I photographed. Why? Because those of us with adaptive cruise control have to either relocate the module or find a bumper that’s compatible. Most of what I read says when you move the cruise control unit it...
hopefully you’ll have good luck with them. They did look like they fit well. I saw in another post. He wound up getting power to the truck because someone commented on it was a fire hazard with all the extension cords! I wish you luck! Be interested to see how they work for you. Cause they look...
it isADV - spoke to ADV about it, and in a separate thread posted these fitment problems, which you can see in the pictures above, but here are a couple of close-ups Note the gaps.
Quake had these installed on a Bronco at SEMA. The lights were stuck on the blue setting. I asked to see how the turn signals looked, and the guy told me he couldn’t show me because there wasn’t power to the truck. Which was odd - given everyone in the show has power, and the lights were powered...
