Carelessness on Ford's part. There was no talk of allocations. It was by reservation date. We all knew commodities could play an issue, but that shouldn't have delayed anyone's build more than 6 weeks.
This here shows the carelessness of the system. 7/16 order for exact build and not a peep. I really feel bad for the people who went through the pain of the first night reservations. Congrats on your build! (Not sarcastic)

My recommendation to anyone using oil chain services is to find one who pours oil out of a bottle. Bulk oils are scary pits of unknowns and contamination regardless of what your invoice shows you paid for.
At temperature, it thins out to a water consistency. I've never seen any other oil do it. Lubricity properties are still there, but those bearings are spinning at 120,000+ rpm. On my RC jet engines (use same shaft/ compressor wheels and bearings), if you used an oil with a viscosity that low, it...
