  1. DIY High Clearance Flares

Black Rhino Avenger Beadlocks. Custom 3D printed (PETG) hub covers to reuse the OEM Bronco Center Caps. You can see some concepts down on page 4 of this thread: (2) Show me your 3D printed accessories. 3D Prints for Bronco Enthusiasts. | Page 4 | Bronco6G - 2021+ Ford Bronco & Bronco Raptor...
  2. DIY High Clearance Flares

I held the fender by hand but was tracing the line pointed out above. If I had to trace an arc with no visual guide it would have come out pretty ugly. I trimmed just shy of the skirt line and then used the flappy disk to smooth it all down right to that level.
  3. DIY High Clearance Flares

I started with a non-squatch badlands (manual), so that's indeed correct. But now I am on Icons, but it remains correct for that as well.
  4. DIY High Clearance Flares

TBH this is less work than a 3" body lift with none of the downsides (and sure, only one of the benefits)
  5. DIY High Clearance Flares

Hey Guys, if you're running 37's or bigger, you have probably realized that the OEM fender flares do not clear larger tires properly. You can daily drive just fine, but if you do anything beyond light off-roading you need to remove them. Before doing this trim, I had damaged both front flares 2...
  6. Make My V8 Bronco Raptor, Ford!!! Things Done Changed!

A man can dream, but I think most folks would be depressed to find out how far out a model is considered fully locked in. Any kind of significant change, like a powertrain addition couldn't be closer than 3 years out if they agreed to do it today. Unless they want to circumvent the whole process...
  7. Differential drop options?

The one on the rate is the Dana Ultimate? If so that looks just like the M190 set-up. Ironically, not sure why the M190 got the M14 setup and not the M210. I suppose the M190 was adapted later in the product cycle than the M210 and that design feature carried into the FP M210/Dana Ultimate
  8. Differential drop options?

I dont have one but my assumption is it would fit either the M210 or M190 template, if it bolts in to the OEM Bronco I assume the front bracket and passenger brackets are positioned the same, so its just a matter of the rear spacer which could be either one, or something else.
  9. Differential drop options?

Hey, so the kit is 3 parts, front drop bracket, passenger mount spacer and rear mount spacer. The front drop bracket and passenger mount spacer are identical between the M210 and M190. The rear spacer is what is unique to the application. From the factory the M210 comes with two m12 bolts and...
  10. 74WELD Steering Rack Clunking - Check Yours!

I think the known bandaid solutions are a step in the right direction in distributing the loads better than the OEM design, at the penalty (potentially) of added steering friction, or maybe slightly reduced rack travel. Frankly those are probably good enough for most! I also think the billet...
  11. Differential drop options?

You will need to either cut the skid like I did, or drill a hole in the diff drop and mount the skid to it via a riv-nut. I saw another user do that, not a bad idea, I just opted to remove it since the diff housing itself is fairly robust, and the diff drop bracket is a low angle to help with...
  12. Differential drop options?

Sorry, I replied to this thread already before I realized it was an old thread! I make some kits, started off like you trying to buy one from RC and they wouldn't let me, so I made my own and have sold quite a few now to fellow forum members. How it started: (3) Homemade Diff Drop for 6G Bronco...
  13. Differential drop options?

There are some caveats here, diff drops are nuanced and offer important benefits and compromizes, both of which should be considered. I love Tinkerers Adventure, and he's not wrong, particularly with Toyota. Toyota's front diff bracket mount is very low, so any rotation used to get the axle...
  14. 74WELD Steering Rack Clunking - Check Yours!

If a loose fastener was to blame, it could be the input shaft clevis bolt, make sure thats tight. but I doubt it explains the issue, at least fully
  15. Rallycross in a Bronco!?!

Reminds me of old conversations with this guy back before the Bronco even released, anyone remember him? He wanted a Bronco to race rally like his Mitsu Pajero Evo. Not sure if he ever got one or ever raced it. I was always curious how it would perform against the Pajero or other rally platforms!
  16. 74WELD Steering Rack Clunking - Check Yours!

The OEM grease is RheoGel 429. There is a different grease for the ball nut specifically, but I lathered up the whole rack in as much RheoGel 429 as I could pack. It's hard to find online, but there are other greases with similar specifications, like what SierraBronco shared. Honestly most...
  17. 74WELD Steering Rack Clunking - Check Yours!

Mine does not clunk like the video, but it does have a bit of a click. Having some OEM steering experience I understood from the start that this rack would have some amount of lash on center. Doesnt matter how nice 74Welds machines are, if you take the pinion/rack spring loaded yoke bearing out...
  18. 5.0 Coyote V8 engine swap kit for Bronco 6th gen now available

We can dream. The list of folks who will pay for a 30-40k 7.3 or 5.0 swap is already kinda small. Make it a diesel and probably 10 times less. I wish more people were interested.
  19. Make My V8 Bronco Raptor, Ford!!! Things Done Changed!

I'm late to the thread but it needs to be made clear that the V8's aren't leaving because of the general public or accountants (well kind of), it is accountant related, but not because people don't want them. Its because of CAFE. The way emissions regs are pegged to wheelbases and vehicle...
