    Iā€™ve had several Ford vehicles with ACC and wonā€™t be without it. Our new Expedition has hands free BlueCruise, which currently isnā€™t working. Weā€™ve had the Expo for 6 weeks and the dealer hasnā€™t found out how to fix the software glitch.

Ford has blown a golden opportunity to convert first time Ford customers into life long fans. You canā€™t blame all of Fordā€™s mistakes on the pandemic. Their problems existed well before 2020.
