Wont that be every winter for you though? Not criticizing, but seems weird too me also. Then again, I live in NW, where are winters are grey, but not as cold and snowy where I live.
128k miles on Wrangler. Replaced windshield twice, but have used repair kits to fix chips several times. I would really have only needed one windshield repair, but used the 3M windshield kit, and user error extended the crack. doh.
Nice to see some positivity here! I do love that little touch. As dumb as it is, I just love my little Jeeps on the windshield of my Wrangler. I pay the extra money for Original equipment windshield when it breaks. Little shop I go to just laughs at me, but it makes me happy.
Agree, its not like there is an idle manufacturer ready to take this over more effectively. Lots of this going on in the country. My business has huge lead times, big price increases and material unavailability.
Ignore the mall crawling comments. Its just chest pounding and in some cases humor from the forum crew. Some folks think these were purpose built to rock crawl. They were purpose built to sell to the Jeep Wrangler crowd. Ford knows that SBD sells vehicles to a certain crowd, whether they...
Im hoping someone comes out with a retro panel kit. I think I could do my own, but my attention to detail is lacking at times, and it might look like ass.
Agreed. No roll out, since that just lowers 0-60 times. Seemed too confusing to bring it up originally. I know that is part of the reason, real world, rarely meets the magazines, or even automaker claims.
I think UK mags do not test via roll outs, or at least didn't use too.
Probably over 6 seconds. The numbers they give are never real world. My V6 mustang was listed as 5.6 seconds I think, but it took a tune to go from 6.2 real world down to 5.4 real world. I'm guessing it will be about 6.2/6.3 for 2.3, little faster on the 2.7.
On the plus side, you can do...
Rough and tumble future Bronco owners nothing can stop us, but um maybe a scrolling ad that brings us to our knees. Is this the Ford Fiesta site that I stumbled on by mistake?
Interesting. You should get something else maybe. Seems everyone thinks these are bigger rigs than they are.
I am puzzled by your comments though. You basically list a bunch of reasons you don't like it, then say if it was just Cyber Orange with aftermarket wheels and bigger tires you would...
