How big āa boy are ya?
in all seriousness, we often see side bolster seat damage when people slide in an out of the vehicle causing extra wear on the side bezel & seat upholstery. š¤·āāļø
(Short Version: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying the Dr. ColorChip paint repair kit for your Broncoās rock chip damage! I used today for the first time & am AMAZED with the results!)
Full version:
We all know how susceptible our Broncos are to paint damage from stone and rock chips. Especially when...
I just tried the Dr.ColorChip kit today for the first time on my Lightning Blue FE. It worked REALLY well on several chips. (The manufacturer does say that it is best on chips as opposed to scratches). I am truly impressed with the product.
It worked amazingly on flat panels, and pretty well...
I would not describe the problem as dangerous or unsafe. At least not for the short term. I drove mine for at least 6 months like this. Itās mainly an annoying nuisance.
Richmond Ford West further west on Broad St. has about 15 on the ground at the moment.
They are still in demand. Had closer to 30 at the beginning of May.
First of all āFordā didnāt claim anything. āFordā also didnāt deny your warranty claim.
One random technician at your local dealership gave his opinion and the service advisor who doesnāt know and could care less went along with it. Best case scenario, the service manager declined the repair...
I haven't read all 6 pages of this, but HOW do we KNOW that Trail Turn Assist Caused this failure? Is that FACT or just the OP's theory (or that of someone at his/her dealer?).

I'm reading that the FlashCal doesn't work on 2023 Broncos. Is that accurate?
(UPDATE: I just got off the phone with Holley/Superchips tech support. As of today 4/21/23 this product does NOT support 2023. The rep I spoke with claimed that "they are working on it" and he estimated that an...
Well, let's see. It sounds like it took you two weeks of daily driving and presumably checking out your new ride to notice it.
I would say that it is pretty safe to assume that another human being on the assembly line also didn't immediately notice the mistake in the few seconds or minutes...
this was a new vehicle for a customer so I didn't drive it anywhere but on our lot. I will say that the brief drive over the potholes and rough spots in our lot, the Kendas felt noticeably smoother than my 5000 mile BFG MT's. But i don't know what pressure they are running at and it was a...
Two different Base trim, manual transmission, 2 door Broncos nose to nose.
Red is obviously stock
Black one added 3.5ā lift & 37ā Kenda Klever on Raceline wheels.
as others have said, the surface rust on the unpainted metal under the dash and seats is unfortunately considered normal, although I agree it is a little surprising to see it to that degree on a vehicle that is only a year or so old. and honestly, I would suspect exposure to moisture somewhere...
