Correct. The window does not drop in time and catches on the weather strip on the top. I'm sure it does the same thing on the two dor.

Went to Tennessee today an got to see several Broncos! I got there too late to get a ride in one :-( Things I really liked: 1. The Marine grade vinyl seats really are amazing! 2. The 33" tires on the BL will be plenty of tire! One of the drivers told me, he plans on getting 33's and changing...

What's your thought on mounting a winch under the access door where the jack is?
  5. 2.7L, or 2.3L. Help me make the right decision.

After all the research... I think there are only two reasons to get the 2.3L Price Manual Transmission
  6. 2.7L, or 2.3L. Help me make the right decision.

The Ford F150 XL 2.7 gets 19mpg city / 24mpg highway https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/Find.do?action=sbs&id=43464 The 2021 Ranger 2.3 XLT gets 20 city / 24 highway (https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/noframes/43542.shtml) So really its somewhere between 0 and 1 mpg difference... not so huge I...
  7. 2.7L, or 2.3L. Help me make the right decision.

Main reasons I changed to the bigger 2.7 is WEIGHT. The BL is 489lbs heaver than the base. The 4 door adds 240lbs. A winch is another 100lbs. Overlanding = baggage (about 750lbs) Also Engine Load: I live in Alabama so A/C will be on ALL the time. A trailer can add 1000's of lbs to pull...
  8. 2.7L, or 2.3L. Help me make the right decision.

Thanks! After posting this I went directly to me dealer and changed my order to a 2.7L.

  10. Winch Afterthought?

Any thoughts on mounting the winch in the back (where the jack is stored). There is an access panel in the rear deck. Not sure if the muffler would be in the way or if you can anchor the winch to the frame. Could also weld-up a custom hitch/pully so you can run the winch cable under the...
  11. 2.7L, or 2.3L. Help me make the right decision.

All 2.3L goodness, but i think one-pedal or trail control (or both) are only available with the 2.7L... can anyone confirm?

    Alabama Bronco Club

Would anyone like to carpool to the Bronco Super Celebration in later this month? Just thinking of leaving early one day and spending the day looking around. Would really like to see a new bronco! I don't have a Bronco (yet) but can drive my Ford Flex
  13. Bronco Outer Banks (Non Sasquatch) in Shadow Black All Polished Up

After trying to justify the OBX... I broke down and changed my order today! Switched to the Badlands. 1st reason - 33" tires, 2nd Black interior. To keep costs down, I dropped the leather and lost the 6-way seats, but my build now has NONE of the 6 delayed features. Here's hoping for a...
  14. 12/13 UPDATE - Updated control arms not just for Sasquatch 33s fitting OBX - 33.2x11.2 (275/70r18) close to max size after Ranger testing

Thanks for your feedback... I just got back from the dealer... changed my order from OBX to BL with 285/70's AT. Also dropped the leather so my build had none of the 6 delayed features.
  15. 12/13 UPDATE - Updated control arms not just for Sasquatch 33s fitting OBX - 33.2x11.2 (275/70r18) close to max size after Ranger testing

Does this mean we can install 285/70R17's on the OBX without doing other mods?
  16. OBX with 33s do we know how yet?

Great info in this thread!!! Question is would you ever put the WRANGLER TRAILRUNNER AT - SIZE: LT275/70R18 on your Bronco!
  17. 12/13 UPDATE - Updated control arms not just for Sasquatch 33s fitting OBX - 33.2x11.2 (275/70r18) close to max size after Ranger testing

You are so right! Opened each page and found OBX and BL models flipped... BAS: P255/70R16 BB: P255/75R17 BD: LT265/70R17 OBX: P255/70R18 BL: LT285/70R17 WT: LT315/70R17
  18. 12/13 UPDATE - Updated control arms not just for Sasquatch 33s fitting OBX - 33.2x11.2 (275/70r18) close to max size after Ranger testing

Thanks for all the work!!!! According to Ford... the OBX has the largest (non Sasquatch) tires.
