I just caught the part about a little slippage. So there’s a TSB out for us regular Broncos that say exactly that. If the front slips it’ll disable 4x4. It’s a reflash of the awd module. Take it to a dealer and ask about the tsb.

so the raptor will disable 4x4 in 4L? Like, it’ll stop, put it in N and shift it out of low range? Or you’re in low range with just 2wd?

answer me this. Where you in 4L or 4H? My issue is different than yours, but when my issue happens and I’m in 4L, it just puts me in normal goat mode and won’t let me change it, but I’m still in low range. If I’m in 4H, it’ll go to 2WD.

You had no codes with a scan tool? I’m getting this message one my screen but when I scan I get U0403-00 (invalid data received from transfer case control module) along with C068F-35 and -36. Those are awd module codes…. But replacing the tcase control module did it for you?

The alternator issues has more to do with sediment than getting wet. Muddy water seems to be the problem for the 2.7.
