I think I'm going to go with the Rough Country. Then I can wire the Amber up to my headlights as DRL's and tie the fogs to an upfitter switch. I don't want to occupy two switches.

How much for the entire setup? Are you confident that you can package everything up to ship it without all the metal parts just rubbing against each other?

Can you share your outlet mount? I want to add on board air and am looking at the kit to mount inside the rear tire…second guessing the installation though as running all the wiring back to there seems pretty gnarly. I just don’t want to have to pop the hood every time I want to use the compressor.

Has anyone here installed this? I’d love to better understand the wiring…that’s one thing I’m not clear on. We’re you able to use the factory upfitter wire ran to the back of the vehicle or did it require removing the interior and running wires up through the firewall?

Those of you with the Pivot and the factory towing, have you found a way to get the locking hitch pin on? With the trailer wiring there is no room. I’m struggling to imagine how I can even get a simple cotter pin on the hitch pin! I’m excited to use this with my 1UP rack.

Those of you running the Kit Pivot, how in the world did you get the cotter pin on the end of the hitch pin? Theres no way I can see to use the locking one, and almost way to use one at all! I have the Kuat Pivot 2.0 with the hinge on the drivers side. Super stoked on it, but man…I don’t think...
