I just got that status yesterday... Not sure if I should be excited or not as its at the wrong city Ramp? My dealer uses Petersburg VA and its in Winston Salem NC with that Advanced Placement status... Any help on that thought?

My train chugged all the way down from Michigan, thru WV, then to Virginia last night (My dealers auto rail yard is in Petersburg VA)... I used it the first time too and on speakerphone it was worthless. I used it up to my ear and it worked much better. Just an idea.

Yes, you are missing the 4 letters in the front. I dont know if they are all TTGX (which is 8849 on the phone keypad). Try it out.. .see what you get.

Im a PRO with NS: NS Norfolk Southern 1. Call 800-635-5768 2. Press 2. 3. Press 2. 4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849 5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
