Yep, you and me both! Our rigs probably arrived there on the same train last week.
Mine has to go over Donner summit via I80, which had chain controls this AM, so Iām guessing itāll be next week, best case, before I see mine. Thatās not going to stop me from staking the dealerās delivery area...
I feel you! Mineās at day 9 in the Richmond yard and counting. I might pull a @mpmcgaughey today and cruise stalk the dealerās back lot on my way to the gym since thereās nothing else left to check for a status :ROFLMAO:. At least when it was on the train we could get daily updates on the...
Just curious if anyone has seen one of the trackers change from shipped to the last status before your dealer reached out to let you know your Bronco was delivered to them.
Mine hasnāt but I continue check daily hoping for some sort of an update while it lingers at the Richmond, CA rail yard. I...
Iām in Reno, mine followed that same route on BNSF through TX, NM, AZ, SoCal then up through Bakersfield and finally arriving into Richmond last Tuesday, offloading Wednesday and itās still sitting there as far as I know. My dealer said they typically get them 1 - 2 weeks after theyāre...
How do you know youāre rig is still in Richmond?
Mine was dropped off there last Wednesday and Iāve had no way to get a status update since. Iām now waiting for one of the Ford trackers to update or my dealer to call saying itās been delivered.
Interesting how many of us have Broncos sitting in Richmond, CA waiting to be trucked to our dealers. Hopefully that rail yard is well staffed and on schedule!
Not sure where it happens but itāll transfer to UP or BNSF but even then youāll be able to track it via CSX. Mine went via BNSF and last I checked was in Richmond waiting to be unloaded. After it transferred to BNSF updates were much more regular
The charge line being discussed isnāt specific to the AF1, or any auxiliary brake system. Itās a battery charge line from your RV to your Bronco. Your installer should know how to install one.
Yeah, Iād bet Ford never tests and certifies those as flat towing compatible since thereās some possible liability involved and not much incentive for them to go through the process and expense.
That said weāll each have to make our own choice as to whether or not the 1ā thick, of what appear...
Mine did something similar for 8 days then headed southwest from IL two days ago. Last I checked last night it was in the Texas panhandle and getting close to New Mexico. Point is once it started moving the right direction it was really covering some ground.
I love the PPF matte finish on darker colors but havenāt seen it on many lighter color vehicles. What color is your Bronco?
Iām personally going to get my cactus gray done in a matte finish over time with lots of brush scratches :giggle:
Maybe itās been asked and answered but has anyone figured out if your Bronco can be tracked once itās off loaded from the train?
Looks like mineās headed to the BNSF yard in Richmond, CA, should be there early next week then itās got a 4 hour truck ride east to Reno.
I bough some carbonized gray and clear coat rattle cans for mine. A Google search turned up a few companies that sell Ford color matching rattle cans. Itās about my only aesthetic āupgradeā Iām doing but donāt get me started on all the other purpose built add-ons Iāve ordered.
