I haven’t contacted Ford chat. I might do that now since there’s not much else I can do….

Yep, you and me both! Our rigs probably arrived there on the same train last week. Mine has to go over Donner summit via I80, which had chain controls this AM, so I’m guessing it’ll be next week, best case, before I see mine. That’s not going to stop me from staking the dealer’s delivery area...

I feel you! Mine’s at day 9 in the Richmond yard and counting. I might pull a @mpmcgaughey today and cruise stalk the dealer’s back lot on my way to the gym since there’s nothing else left to check for a status :ROFLMAO:. At least when it was on the train we could get daily updates on the...

At least the early adopters paid up to $270 to test a product with $20 of raw materials and labor and $.02 of product release and QC effort…..

Just curious if anyone has seen one of the trackers change from shipped to the last status before your dealer reached out to let you know your Bronco was delivered to them. Mine hasn’t but I continue check daily hoping for some sort of an update while it lingers at the Richmond, CA rail yard. I...

I’m in Reno, mine followed that same route on BNSF through TX, NM, AZ, SoCal then up through Bakersfield and finally arriving into Richmond last Tuesday, offloading Wednesday and it’s still sitting there as far as I know. My dealer said they typically get them 1 - 2 weeks after they’re...

How do you know you’re rig is still in Richmond? Mine was dropped off there last Wednesday and I’ve had no way to get a status update since. I’m now waiting for one of the Ford trackers to update or my dealer to call saying it’s been delivered.

Interesting how many of us have Broncos sitting in Richmond, CA waiting to be trucked to our dealers. Hopefully that rail yard is well staffed and on schedule!

    Likely damaged in transit.

Not sure where it happens but it’ll transfer to UP or BNSF but even then youā€˜ll be able to track it via CSX. Mine went via BNSF and last I checked was in Richmond waiting to be unloaded. After it transferred to BNSF updates were much more regular
  11. Flat Tow 2.7l Electric Brake/BMS time out. NTHSA claim

The charge line being discussed isn’t specific to the AF1, or any auxiliary brake system. It’s a battery charge line from your RV to your Bronco. Your installer should know how to install one.
  12. Flat Tow 2.7l Electric Brake/BMS time out. NTHSA claim

Yeah, I’d bet Ford never tests and certifies those as flat towing compatible since there’s some possible liability involved and not much incentive for them to go through the process and expense. That said we’ll each have to make our own choice as to whether or not the 1ā€ thick, of what appear...

Which bumper does your Bronco have?
  14. šŸ›  3/14/22 Build Week Group

Mine did something similar for 8 days then headed southwest from IL two days ago. Last I checked last night it was in the Texas panhandle and getting close to New Mexico. Point is once it started moving the right direction it was really covering some ground.

Play with your Bronco? Duh! :ROFLMAO:

I love the PPF matte finish on darker colors but haven’t seen it on many lighter color vehicles. What color is your Bronco? I’m personally going to get my cactus gray done in a matte finish over time with lots of brush scratches :giggle:

Maybe it’s been asked and answered but has anyone figured out if your Bronco can be tracked once it’s off loaded from the train? Looks like mineā€˜s headed to the BNSF yard in Richmond, CA, should be there early next week then itā€˜s got a 4 hour truck ride east to Reno.

I bough some carbonized gray and clear coat rattle cans for mine. A Google search turned up a few companies that sell Ford color matching rattle cans. It’s about my only aesthetic ā€upgradeā€ I’m doing but don’t get me started on all the other purpose built add-ons I’ve ordered.

crap that’s a lot of detail! You make me feel better about my Bronco obsession :p
