What I found through a google search is that Kansas City, Kansas is the only auto unloading facility in Kansas.

Well mine is moving pretty regularly. It's in Augusta, KS this morning. You know you won't be able to help yourself and will continue to check on it daily. LOL!!
I've been looking at railroad maps trying to figure out exactly where it is and what route it may be taking. I've also looked up automobile unloading yards. I'm pretty sure mine will go to Houston and then get trucked to the dealer, about a 100 mile haul. Fortunately I work 2 blocks from the...
Glad to see it's on the move again. I believe my rail car has switched over to Union Pacific. It sat in Blue Island, Illinois for a few days (just outside Chicago). Once it got there, there has not been any eta status. Checked this morning and it had departed Gibson, Indiana yesterday at...
Called to track my rail car. It arrived at Blue Island, IL at 9 pm and there is no other information available. Is this possibly where it switches to Union Pacific? Do I need to track thru UP now?
You will have to get if from Ford or your dealer. I tried my dealer first, they couldn't give me one, but maybe it wasn't assigned at the time because they told me it was sitting on a ramp at the plant awaiting shipping. First time I called ford (on the same day) they couldn't tell me anything...
Finally got a rail car number through Ford Chat this morning, becuase calling Ford and talking to my dealer didn't work. Good news is the Bronco is on the move. Arrived in Garrett, Indiana this morning and headed to Blue Island, Illinois. Still a long way from southeast Texas.
I guess I got the wrong guy at Ford Customer Service. I did ask. He wasn't able to help me. Yet, he did give me a code to give my dealer for $250 off my invoice as long as I gave it to them before the vehicle arrived. Seems strange. I'll call my dealer tomorrow and see if that's legit or not.
So how are you getting rail information? I've asked my dealership and I've called Ford and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. Today the dealership tells me it's still at MAP sitting on a ramp to be loaded. So I guess I just have to wait to see when it shows up within the next 4...
