    yes we started over and I made a change and added the black painted hard top. They were so confused on how to order. But that second time they said they figured it out and hour later got the Ford confirmation Email and next day my Ford account went from reservation to order and the order number.

    I had the same problem. I waited a week and then went back to the dealership and they noticed the problem on their end also so we redid the order and a day later the ford website updated showing I placed a order and had my order number.

    same here. The ford conformation order email doesn't list all the options you selected. i had to look at my printout from the dealer to make sure they were there. On mine is didnt show the advanced 4X4 on the email

    lol that is oxford white no doubt. The tag is brighter white. I am so glad I chose oxford white but then again white is my favorite lol

  14. Change Order - new email confirmation?

    I placed my order the 20th of January got a email confirmation a hour later. then went back and changed my order on the 26th and got another confirmation that evening.
