  3. 4-Door Badlands time for 35s

I’ll try to find it but pretty sure there’s more than one older threads here about moving to 35’s on a stock Badlands, not Sas. My recollection is same as @userdude , the bump stops on the non-Sas allow a bit more articulation so I guess it’s possible to get rub fully compressed? I certainly...
  4. Why 4A is your Ford's friend

Well I used to keep it in 4A most of the time but after all this I’m switching to 4H full time. I’ll just never turn left or right. Gonna be tough at St@rbucks drive thru. Guess they’re just gonna lose those fancy shrubs….
  5. Bronco DR - are there any reservation holders on this forum?

Maybe if they made it street legal like the SCG boot? https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/scg-boot-300-000-street-legal-desert-racer-and-it-beat-the-bronco-in-the-baja-1000.81689/
  6. 2024 Badlands hoop steps

Very true. However, I have found them to be quite adequate for the kind of trail/off roading around these parts with stumps, rocks, ruts and what not, as long as you're not Moab-esq high pointed or pivot/sliding on a rock using only the rails. Even the OEM rails on the Badlands that are...
  7. 2024 Badlands hoop steps

If you've researched then I'm sure you know the steps are easily removable from the rail so ordering the OEM you'll get 4 steps and will only install what you want. Based on the previous post it seems you can order for yourself. Although, my experience has been our dealer charges list price, +...
  8. 2024 Badlands hoop steps

As noted, your dealer can get the OEM version for you. If you have a 4dr you also have the option or adding the raptor side steps. There are also several well made options aftermkt for rock slider/rails that incorporate step options.. Lots of good input/discussion threads from members and...
  9. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

Well that’s weird. It’s labeled “2021 - 2025 Ford Bronco…” but when I plug in my 2024 it says “item will not fit 2024 Ford Bronco” ‘Something must be amiss
  10. Probably a stupid question from a new owner

Do it all the time. Even at I-state speeds it’s fine. In fact haven’t taken the rear clamshell off yet. …yet.

  13. I did a test on the 4A mode the other day. 1st time trying it with slippery conditions.

I personally like the Bronco version of 4A and use it quite a bit. I think you'll really enjoy it. Don't be afraid to use it even in mixed or dryer conditions. Lots of threads on here about how it functions.
  14. Bouncing Bosch Wiper Blades

Ok, I've always had this theory that the higher end blades are stiffer material with additional edges (like multi blade razor) and depending on how stiff my wiper arm is and the age of the windshield they skip. The trick seems to be having the edge turn over when changing direction. I go the...
  15. Look at the picture - part missing in the back of the Outerbanks cargo area?

... a rant looking for someplace to land?
  16. 2025 Broncos... 2-door going extinct?

Good point. ...still suicide doors would sure be fun.
  17. Adding fog kit and would like advice on BajaDesigns "SAE" Pro vs S2Pro?

    Thanks! Any education is helpful
  18. Adding fog kit and would like advice on BajaDesigns "SAE" Pro vs S2Pro?

So after your earlier post I was leaning to the Squadron Pro spots on the inside, Squadron Pro drive/combo in the center and S2 wide/amber on the outside, switched separately for limited on-road as needed. I assume that takes your custom open bracket. Any drilling required? Thanks in advance
  19. Adding fog kit and would like advice on BajaDesigns "SAE" Pro vs S2Pro?

Thanks again. I've spent a lot of time on the BD site and also found their Aussie site with even more info. Also going through 4x4's site and unfortunately (or fortunately) the options I had narrowed myself to are now growing. More research to do. I'm still focused on primarily off road use...
