Unless Iām misunderstanding you shouldnāt have had to do anything in the fuse box. Should have only had to tap into the wire bundle at the back of the engine bay drivers side and then ground out to the frame somewhere.
check for voltage at the oem aux wire with switch on to make sure something...
Keep in mind the extension doesnāt come with the pro eagle or the beefier wheels (again though he said it was for the garage) adding in the extension adds 70 bucks but better warranty than the badlands and still comes out 10 bucks cheaperā¦though might be extra for shipping havenāt looked into...
Seen a lot of recommendations for the badlands 3ton. Any reason no one has mentioned the proeagle 3 ton Abrahams for the same price? Itās not the big tires/wheels like the badlands but OP said he was looking for doing garage work.
The install isnāt too bad as long as you are comfortable removing interior panels to do it cleanly. Realistically thereās enough room to just shove the wire through the top of the rear panel but I wanted to zip tie mine to the existing wires so I didnt have any rattle with the sub. Hardest part...
I hear ya on the parking break thing.. Ive been driving manuals for 29 years at this point, had to think about that number for a second lol. My first one being a ford bronco 2.. man i miss that thing. Ive never had an issue with the parking break knock on wood lol. But yeah Murphy is a bastard...
I feel like I looked a while back about using forescan to open that up and while you could change the setting they couldnāt get it to work. Maybe Iāll have another look into that. I assume that allowed it to work through the app. I need looooooong range start.
Spelling corrected for murphy lollll
Just wondering what system people are running for a remote start on a Manual car that has built in safety features in the event one forgets and leaves it in gear. I almost always put it in neutral when I park but you know murphys law being what it is.
Grill is definitely the cleanest look and like Wolfbox mentioned you do get some adjustment using the screen to get a better downward angle. I have mine mounted to my winch plate so canāt comment on the grill location from first hand experience. But seen plenty of people on here who have done it...
rusty linked the the right stuff. Specifically itās the ultimate package in that link that comes with the mirror mount and all the extra goodies! And it definitely lets you double dip on the extra 10 dollar discount. Did the same thing when I bought mine.
I can confirm thatās all I was able to steal in mineā¦.plus a roll of murder tape
I remember this coming up last year someone in a white wild track was porch stealing packagesā¦pretty sure it was Florida too or somewhere else nice and warm.
I got the kit with the OEM mount. Old mirror comes off that one slides right over the existing mount thatās glued to the window and there a set screw to tighten it down. Fits PERFECTLY. The oem mount in the kit is VERY well done.
Most people have found upgrading those without an amp has made it worse. For the price of a decent set of speakers down there you could spend a little more and amp the factory ones for a significant improvement in bass. I was pleasantly surprised the difference that made. Keep in mind we are...
I was just thinking the exact same thingā¦. Minus the swing gate sub cuz I have the two door and. I need all the trunk space I can get š
I want to redo my speakers to an upgraded amp after realizing I really want some of those 6.5 Memphis kickers but the kicker key amp really isnāt strong enough...
Hey everyone! I live in Minnesota but want to make my way out to western Montana for some sight seeing. I grew up on the east coast and really miss the mountains. South Dakota is as far west as I have ever driven.
I havenāt landed on a specific local yet. I just know I want to get pretty close...
took the spare off and run the cable through the cloth cover on the inside after removing the tape on the ends. Used a bass guitar string I had laying around and taped the wire to that to pull it through but a lengthy zip tie will do the same trick. Then I ran it out the back of the hatch door...
Maybe not a popular opinion because it seems everyone here likes at least the 4led square driving lights butā¦..
Auxbeam has the little 2led lights on sale for 109 right now on Amazon. I decided to gamble on a set of these recently after hearing about DD lights powder coating flaking off in the...
