I hadn't gotten frustrated during this process until today when I'm seeing people get built emails a day or two after their blend dates while a bunch of us are going on a month of nothing. My dealer is 45 minutes from the plant so I no longer think it's a transport issue. Something is wrong...

It's most likely sitting. They aren't going to send a half full truck anywhere.

I definitely think there is an issue. Too many being held up. Only other thing I can think of is they are waiting to fill up trucks and train cars before they send them away.
