What could cause a loud grind AFTER taking the Bronco out of 4low and shifting into reverse?
Going from 4low to 2high there was no abnormal noises but then a couple seconds later I shifted from neutral into reverse and heard a loud grinding noise for a couple seconds and then all was good...
I've thought about that FDU mount TSB but I have no idea if it would cause a rythym sound like I'm hearing. Maybe I'll pull the skidplate off and take a look
Isn't a 2" lift on a non sasquatch the same as just a 1" level on a Sasquatch? I see lots of people with that and don't have this issue, not trying to sound like a smart ass btw I just thought a 2" lift was fine for CV angles. Here's a picture of my angles incase you were wondering9

Does the knocking in this video sound like a bad FDU? Only happens in 4wd while accelerating above half throttle.. replaced CV axles but still happens. Only started happening after getting Billstein 5100s installed but they're only set to 2" so my angles are still good.

I am experiencing what I can only describe as clutch chatter. It feels like the clutch either bouncing around or has hot spots. The odd part is...
