Well friends, interesting plot twist... I've been checking my status using the link from the original email from Ford notifying me my VIN had been assigned and a production week scheduled. When I checked the status today, it reflected that my production date had been pushed from 11/27 to 12/18...

Congrats, so happy for you! I ordered mine from Kearny Mesa Ford as well and am anxious to know if they're gonna honor price protection and apply the private offer certificate to the purchase price. Please keep us all posted on how things go and be sure to post some pics of your new baby!
