Hey Julian you have nothing to worry about my dude. No priority is given based on WHEN during the order period they submit your Bronco. Your final ETA will be the same regardless of when you finalize things. As far as the February quote on getting the order in, totally understandable! This...
Yes sorry for the confusion. We are doing all orders at MSRP. The only difference is that we are still accepting Xplan even though Ford is no longer repaying us for it.
also @BroncoKong Jr.
Hey dealer here. Your dealer is a dick for converting your order without talking to you, but you can still change everything about your order for the next 2 months. You'll just have to figure out who at that dealership is in charge of vehicle orders. Hopefully they will...
Hey yall i'm beat after today. I'm going home and don't plan to check emails or forums. I have an appt tomorrow morning so will not get to the office until around 10:30ish. I'll work on catching up at that point.
Xplan is still a go. Nothing has changed. I worded it that way because ultimately I do not want more people to start researching plan pricing at this point. If you have it, of course I'll honor it as I've always said, but I don't want to encourage more people to search it out.
and @acetdeucy , honestly I believe it can. The transfers remaining open is a nightmare also because I have to constantly recheck the reservation pool and restart the process I started today. Sorry for the bad news (good for others I guess). With the new Ford instructions, we dealers have no...
I think there will be some accessories that are factory installed and some that will go through the parts departments. I have received very little info on this so far
As a note to everybody, it turns out that with this new process that Ford gave out yesterday I am not able to control if people transfer in at this point. I was trying to do that with the best of intentions, but it's out of my hands.
You can also place a supplemental reservation with my dealership now. That order would certainly be a 2022. You'll reset your priority in the mix of things, but you may find that more favorable than getting a 2021 without the equipment you want.
I'm sorry to hear sir. There are steps you can take to increase the chance they'll push your order to 2022. Selecting late availability options and selecting low availability options (wildtrak, etc), will increase the chance your order is pushed back. Your dealer can also augment the...
**DEALER HERE**
We do and we don't. We need to convert as many as we can for allocation purposes, but converting every single one is a dumb move by those dealers. If for example you DEFINITELY want a 2022 and not a 2021, it is important that your reservation is not converted. Also, once your...
All,
As many First Edition people have noticed, I did not send any communications yesterday. Please give me your patience right now as Ford hit us all with a curveball yesterday. It was my intention to only reach out to those who fit into the 2021 allocation mix. That would limit my...
FYI I will not be contacting anybody today except for First Edition customers. There are still items I need clarification from Ford on before I reach out to everyone else. I'm getting mixed instructions from Ford (surprise surprise).
Last I heard we are in the top 3 in Southern California, and close to that in all of California! Heavy is the crown though. It's not easy keeping up with all the communications!
Truth be told, I have no idea who you are in the real world! Unfortunately same goes for just about everybody on here, with the exception @acetdeucy of course lol
Feel free to reach out! I plan to reach out to the First Editions today to get the ball rolling with them, and will do a blanket...
