Are you doing the voice prompt or the touch tone when typing in your rail car? I can’t seem to make the letters work using the old T9 method.

I spoke with Ford Marketing. Super nice guy. But he said it’s basically up to the dealer to confirm the certificate details, and I’ll have to work through the system with them to correct my address.

I’ve got the certificate number. Is that all they need?

@Zach@Granger thanks for being a stand out dealership! I have faith you’ll work diligently to resolve these issues. I emailed Samantha to confirm what I can do preemptively on my end in case there’s any issues with my certificate. Looking forward to coming up soon!

Which number is the ford marketing number to call?

I am fairly certain my model year transition offer is also under my old address. When I called Ford to get the certificate he found it but mentioned it was under my old address. isn’t there a process for the dealer to request it get updated?
