Well, you can get them if you order them with your order from the factory. Most dealers don't know how to do that. So anyone without a VIN can add them. Getting them after the fact is the problem. They are not available after you take delivery.

You can. But your dealer has to know the proper order code. Which most don't.

It does lock down when the doors are not in the back.
