Got it. No jam nut on mine, it came with Vibra-Tite 121 Medium Strength Threadlocker. Same as Loctite 242: removable with hand tools.

Did you get the v1 or v2 adapter? The v2 makes the shifter the same height as OEM - that's what I ordered. Evidently the v1 is higher than OEM.
