I twisted a rear axle tube on my Badlands in January rock crawling. Had the plug welds welded up and broke it again in March at UBB. Now I'm upgrading to the Dana 60.

That was my bronco leaking diff oil...we twisted an axle tube and broke the plug welds. Dana 60 already ordered...

@TheKim It was great except we twisted an axle tube. We did it in January at Winter Jamboree, i had it welded up then it happened again at UBB. I had it welded up again but I ordered the Dana 60 and the Ultimate Dana 44 FDU so those should be here soon. Hopefully we won't break the D60.

I'm doing the same thing but running 37s. Changing to 4.88 gears. I twisted one of my axle tubes and cracked the plug welds on Plan B at Sand Hollow. Didn't get out of the throttle quick enough and bounced it. I had it welded up and we'll be down at Sand Hollow rock crawling again next week...

sorry, we'll be at Sand Hollow for United by Bronco. We did it last year and it was a blast.

good. It rides stiffer than the Sasquatch suspension but it does better off road. More articulation too...I have rubbing up front at full stuff and full lock

Both non 40s are on 37s. Mine was the cyber orange BL on 37s

Mine is the 1st Cyber Orange Badlands rig - I'm running 4WP 2.5" coilovers on 37s. I know the other on not on 40s is on 37s too. Let me know if you have other questions I can answer.

The 2nd one is on 40s, same as the BroncBuster blue one. Not sure what wheels they are running but I think they are 17s
