I don’t know why ford made this so difficult. I got the $975 cause it is in their computer. I fought for the 2k but the dealer would not budge even after showing them I was supposed to be getting it. I’m sure they figured it out after I left and I’ll never see that money cause ford sends it to them.

3/17 blend made it today. No markup, got the low end of trade value on my trade and after arguing over price protection I was able to get the $975 but got screwed on the $2000. So unless ford sends the check in my name I’ll never see it….but I’m sure I’ll forget about it when I’m finally out...

The blend date for my badlands is 3/17. It’s been a long wait since July 2020.

Yes the advance case does have slightly lower gearing…3.0-1 vs 2.72-1 the 4.46 and 4.7 your referring to are diff gears in the axles which also varies between different configurations.

I believe the basic case is the standard 2.72 and the advanced is 3.0 so not a huge difference……I really wish ford would have done done a 4-1 in the badlands cause with the auto the gearing is pretty meh for technical crawling. As long as you don’t have a vin you can change it.

So after reading I’m still confused on if these are gonna be “donut doors” (door with a hole in it) or “door inserts” (like what is available for the EB and came on the roadster) inserts would be cool……donut doors meh. Wouldn’t excite me enough to fork over my money.

I never got a email from ford or a call from the dealer for that matter….I just happened to call ford one day and they told me and gave me the info. When it got pushed back 2 weeks I did finally receive a email from ford….I don’t think their email system is always that reliable.

The gladiator interior way outshines the cheap bronco interior.....it’s definitely smaller/narrower but has enough room. The tow rating on the gladiator is much better. The 3.6 is right in between the 2.3 and 2.7 as far as power (the diesel is pretty awesome) it nice that it has a real front...
