Yeah bfgs always run smaller than most tires of the same size. Even the red labels. Here is a 39 red mounted up….way to big to run with no lift of course.

It is possible…..with the right offset, pulling the modular bumper ends and the huge plastic pieces in the back of the wheel well.

I think broncbuster is the only one out there making them…the problem is no one makes the bolts needed and they have to be custom machined. I talked to him at super celebration about doing a 1” kit. He offered to do one for some extra money to cover the extra time cutting everything down. Maybe...

Well the ford brackets got me thru my lil bit of time up at super celebration…..I did manage to bend one a bit with a hard hit to the front outside corner of the slider on iron chest. This weekend I went back and designed and built my own brackets…

I’ve never had a issue in Colorado….I usually just keep the front plate in the truck somewhere in case some gives me a hard time but I have never had a issue.

Yes. I had to take the big plastic blocks out the back of the wheel well and the ends off the modular bumper…..it will rub the outside edge of the flares at full flex.

37 km3s. No lift, removed the big plastic blocks, took the ends off the modular bumper…..wheels are -38mm offset so didn’t have to do anything with the crash bar/body mounts. I’ve wheeled it quite a bit and it will rub the flares at full flex but hasn’t been a big deal. I have fiberglass fenders...

Ok my to is great. Well designed product…and I know your always looking at things to make better…one one lil thing that drives me crazy in the noise from the zipper bouncing around right above my head…I know it’s overly picky. Maybe make a lil something to hold it down.

Ok finally got a chance to put a tape measure on it….the smallest gap between the slider and body is 1”. I know the pictures tend to make them look closer cause of the angle.

It’s just a matter of would you rather spend time getting under there and design and build something….or just spend money and wait on long lead times to get some…next venture has some well designed body mount sliders. I would bet the 29 spline ifs front and pinky sized tie rods would fail long...

Yeah if your going that drastic it would be easier to go full tube chassis…I don’t know where you live but I kept my buggy tagged and drove it on the street occasionally here in Colorado up till about 4 or 5 years ago…never had a issue…

Here it is in it’s prime….1.6 16v, 3spd auto, 6.5 case. Fully built trail gear yotas running 37 reds. I ended up disassembling it to upgrade some things and do a full tube chassis….I’m not super far off from finishing but I got distracted by vacationing and then the new bronco so it’s been on...
