Yes, I finally broke down and spoke with someone. I was trying to get confirmation of arrival in Gibson, IN on 1/15 and latest update said arrived in Kansas City, MO...so something is very off. According to my rail car tracking via automated, never confirmed it made it to Gibson.

I called CSX this morning and they told me that now that it's west of the Miss. that they no longer track it and now it's tracking with BNSF. I didn't even get a confirmation that it was delivered to Gibson on 1/15 like it was supposed to. Is there a BNSF number or website? I'm not finding any...

I just called CSX and they said BNSF now has mine...what number/website are you using to track yours with BNSF? My delivery to Encinitas Ford keeps getting pushed back week after week and now I'm beyond frustrated. And the dealer is ZERO help.

yes, tried it...thanks! Dealer gave me a new delivery date of 1/15 or 1/18 in a second database he has...but what the rail car tracing is telling me is that it's arriving in Gibson, IN on the 15th. I can't figure out how the dealer doesn't see those details. Getting frustrated at this point.

I'm also in North County...and I think I'm going to go Bronco shopping if mine doesn't arrive very soon.

Ok, I found it...and it's also saying arrival in Gibson, IN on 1/15...I have a strong feeling my dealer is not taking the time to research for me and act like he's never looked up a rail car number before. Maybe he's new, but he's been there since at least last February when I placed my order...

Hmm. Mine is TTGX695343. I'm thinking this number will change once it hops on the UP line? I have no idea how train companies run, but it looks like the one they're currently on is only east of the Miss.
