I agree there must be some kind of large radio disturbance going on there to fully disconnect you. I've lost GPS signal in tri-level underground streets in Chicago but never a wireless AA disconnect. Seems strange, you may want to try clearing your Google Maps and Android Auto cache to just...
Ya @raptorusmaximus's post is off topic but I did come to say try some grease. A thick grease like Lucas Oil red pushed in there could add some cushion. Do you think that arm pin is backing out?
Have you tried deleting the Ford Pass app? Worth a try first as it fixed my issues.

What version of Android are you on? Also just throwing this out there. Phones pretty much have...
Actually you could be correct. I guess I should have said a general "pedal controller", not the Pedal Commander brand. Sprint Booster and I think there are other brands that have a controller physically shaped like the below offer a pedal lockout via button combination but they probably need to...
Do you have any other issues with your phone? I assume you've tried clearing the cache and storage files for the AA app itself, but have you tried clearing your base system cache? It's helped me in the past with some weird network issues...
After coming across a random suggestion on another Ford vehicle forum (Mustang E/F-150/Maverick whatever it was) I DELETED THE FORDPASS APP and my Android Auto now works fully as intended. Incoming and outgoing call audio is heard both directions, via wired or wireless. Bluetooth to Sync...
I never really had any issues with my '22 Lux connecting to my OnePlus 9 Pro running Android 11 with wired USB. I didn't use wireless AA with that phone. Got a new Nothing Phone 2 running Android 13 and everything works except I have no audio in phone calls. Wired and wireless are both broken...
I had a lot of trouble with bump stops because my center hood latch was misaligned from factory.

I did not figure out the cause or the location of the AC drain line. After filling one whole damprid bag over maybe two months the smell has just gone away. Around the time I took the bag out it had started to get cooler outside. Not sure how related all the factors are but I'll be asking my...
I own the Curt because $110 isn't much money for me for something name brand, and my use is only bike rack type stuff. Also consider the bolt hardware that's coming with the cheapo. That junk may rust in one season.
Hey how did this setup treat you this year? Did you end up making any adjustments to improve the fit? Did you try with two bikes? If this can last me 3 or 4 seasons that's all I'd need to ask out of it.
I'm pretty certain that's the wastegate actuator linkage moving. Too bad both sides of the arm are obscured with shrouds. The turbo side of that moving linkage typically has an exposed connection point that you could try greasing, maybe the noise would go away. Having a hard time deciding if the...
