  1. 📸 2022 Bronco Everglades spied in DESERT SAND paint!

What the hell. I would much rather have this color than Cactus Gray. I think. Do I 99 my order now until we can see what Everglades has to offer?
  2. Color regrets?

I agree about the handles. I work at a dealership (not Ford) and we rent cars from Hertz for out customers when we run out of our own cars. There is a Cactus Gray Bronco Sport rental that has been out there for two days. I was able to see it in all sorts of lighting. Feel confident with my choice.
  3. The Bronco has landed!

Congrats! She looks great! I ordered with a soft top. I still want a MIC or MOD later, but I think I am really going to enjoy the soft top more than I thought.
  4. Color regrets?

I just switched to Cactus Gray from Cyber Orange. I am always bouncing back and forth, so I totally get it. It is hard to judge the colors on other vehicles since the Bronco has a ton of accent trims that break up the color. This picture reassures me that I made the correct choice. I don't...
  5. Bronco Badlands VS Subaru Outback Wilderness

It was a great watch. I give Subaru so much crap for the Wilderness. I like the interior updates, but I feel like all the "off-road" inspired stuff was super half-assed. My Subaru dealer offers small lift kits for about $2k that do more.

  7. EASY Rear Window Storage

I can match my BadLands orange accents!? Sold!
  8. Golden Ticket RECEIVED! on Day 520

Please send pictures of pepper red when you get it. This color is living in the shadows of eruption green.
  9. Soft top latch issue.

Did you ever take the soft top all the way off? Not sure if there is much play when reinstalling it. Maybe the fasteners need to be loosened and the assembly shifted forward? Just my first thought.
  10. Finally picked it up

It looks great! I just changed my order today to cactus gray. I am very jealous :cautious:
  11. Dealer confirms early time stamps mean nothing

Hopez I am not the Bronco whisperer. I am not claiming to "know" with certainty why one bronco is delivered/ produced before another. But, I can say with certainty that the time of reservation doesn't mean a damn thing to Ford. They might have wanted to build them in that order, but anyone...
  12. Dealer confirms early time stamps mean nothing

What I mean by allocation is the "constraint" is that when you place an order with a dealer, their number of allocations to orders is going to be potentially the largest delay in someone getting their vehicle. I know an allocation does not prevent Ford from building Bronco's. But, if a dealers...
  13. Dealer confirms early time stamps mean nothing

Exactly. It is like standing at the front of the store looking at all the check outs. Each lane is a dealer, and they all have different lengths. Except, they are not going to tell us how many people are in line.
  14. Dealer confirms early time stamps mean nothing

The reservation and the time stamp on mean something when deciding what vehicles are next in line to be built give a dealerships total orders and number of allocations. If a dealer has 20 allocations a month and let's say a total of 100 orders (these are just example numbers). Ford will...
  15. Dealer confirms early time stamps mean nothing

The second dealer allocations became a thing with commodity restrictions, this became apparent. I get both sides. I would be frustrated if I was an early reservation holder too. While I understand taking care of your larger dealerships that sell a lot of cars with allocations, when you have...
  16. Step / Nerf bar recommendations

These are what I think I will end up getting. I like how simple they are. I don't plan on doing and crazy rock crawling, so they will do everything thing I need.
  17. POLL Update: So what color did you actually end up buying?

Switching to cactus gray tomorrow from cyber orange.
  18. Rear window waves - How did they get them smooth??

You don't. They are wavy by design so you can lift the rear for access. I read a while ago that someone had a trick for taking up the slack. Not sure how well it worked, or for how long.
