My buddy and I just finished restoring this 73 and sold it 45,500.00 .Ford Grabber Blue, 302, C-4 auto, 2.5 duff lift, front disk, new duff exhaust, ECT..... she took us little over a year to build her.

So vary true, my wife and I just ordered a new 2021 ford Explorer that she custom built, 60 + after all said and done, and we were never asked to sign anything like that, hell we didn't even have to put down a deposit.
