  1. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

I fully support this, particularly when it comes to the faux plastic chrome, which my good pal has posted a picture of. I'm really just trying to think of a way to make the white top work.
  2. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

I know you're really trying to mock me for some reason. You must be a blast at parties.
  3. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

Exactly my point. It's everywhere. Even though it's fake plastic. Those moons look great on that throwback beetle though.
  4. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

The amount and size of the trim pieces on the new Bronco make it tough to accent well. The grill is huge, the mirrors are huge, the door handles are huge, the fenders are huge. All while the overall rig is relatively small. So making everything white, or chrome or glossy black... it becomes too...
  5. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

Chrome trim is still very much the norm. Take a look around next time you're walking through a parking lot. Then be my guest and go inside the store and laugh at everyone.
  6. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

That's the look I'd want to avoid. Looking for more of a throwback look. Think the term thrown around here is "heritage."
  7. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

I think the chrome bumpers on the 2021 F-150 look sharp. I do think that the grill and mirrors and other details are overkill.
  8. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

Is this the response you give to people crying about a white top? And I mean, it isn't like Ford is marketing this as a throwback to the 60s/70s at all.... I say the same thing about white tops. There is zero white elsewhere on the Bronco. Doesn't seem to bother anyone though.
  9. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

The mirrors are hideous, but the bumper isn't far off. Maybe don't chrome the lower middle section. (I also don't like the push bar in any finish.)
  10. Chrome the steel bumper or nah?

I haven't looked into the cost or weight of chrome plating the front bumper, but I think the bumper is understated enough that it might look pretty sharp -- especially with a white top. White tops with black bumpers don't look right.... You'd have to get the back bumper to match, and maybe do...
  11. The Plan & Offer - Stephens Auto Center's Mid Atlantic Bronco Connection

Move you're late res to Stephen's where you're already not a MY21, and move your early res to the dealer your late reservation has and allocation - and move even higher on their list....
  12. Badlands Manual - Standard, Mid, or High Package?

I ordered the LUX but feel like I might drop to the high when I get a delivery date. I doubt the stereo will be that much better considering the limitations of the cabin - then again it's already $46k, so why not make $48k...
  13. Extended 2d Bronco “LJ”

The little extra wheel base would be nice, and I don't need the rear doors, or the extra cargo space. I'd just like it for the handling and yes, the look. I will only be interested in a Bronco pickup if they offer a 2D, or maybe a 2D extended cab. The 4D Gladiators are wayyyyyy too long.
  14. eLSD question

An eLocker is not to be confused with eLSD - that's what I wanted to confirm. Thank you.
  15. eLSD question

If this is what the Bronco is running then, this answers my question.
  16. eLSD question

The Bronco has open differentials, so I'm trying to figure out what the eLocker is actually "locking." You're pointing me to LSD information. i.e. are the eLockers just simulating a locking diff? and if so, how?
  17. eLSD question

Is that because of something mechanical - a pin or ring moving into place - or because the computer is using brakes to add drag to simulate traction.
  18. eLSD question

On the Bronco with the eLockers, what is actually happening mechanically when the rear and/or front diff is locked vs. something that has a limited slip diff with lockers? On the Bronco if the with the diffs "locked" will both tires spin at the exact same rate regardless of traction? Or will...
  19. Consensus on the Wildtrak rocker graphic?

Are they optional? The "graphics" just look like clip art to me. If you want something to break up the colors, I'd look at doing some after market stripes. Ford played its design starters till the midway through the 4th quarter then cleared its bench and we are left with some frustrating...
  20. [PICS] Outer Banks Roast vs Wiltrak Sandstone Leather (can’t find pics!!)

That sandstone would have been great on its own. Two-tone is hard to love. I wish they offered the MGV in solid sandstone.
