When I did the install on our truck, I just used a spare 2-pin Weatherpack connector. It took about 2-3 minutes (if you have some Weatherpack) pliers and we were able to put a plug on there. Super easy to do.
Truth be told, the installation really isn't that bad. We did the MTO bumper on the rear of ours because we anted the custom finished accent panels. You're already having to cut and splice the factory wiring for the included DV8 plate light, so this is just a couple extra bolts and some wire...
It all depends on what your intentions are with the truck. So far, we've usually done perch collars front and rear for some additional lift with 38s or 39s. We've outfitted a couple with aftermarket front bumpers and lighting. We've added additional lighting to some of our other projects. On...
Another option, if you are truly torn would be the all new Rigid D-Series SAE light that offers both amber and white in one white. You can run them independent of one another or together.
Effectively, you'd have the option for 6000K white lights, 3000K yellow lights, or a mix of both for...
Morimoto offers their Paid to Trade program on their factory headlights. You're eligible for $600 back, but proof of purchase of Morimoto headlights is required. And this is available when you purchase through an authorized dealer like us.
We offer Alpharex as well, but this promotion for the...
Seeing as you're up in Colorado and do deal with snow for part of the year, I'd 100% recommend going amber/yellow. You do lose a slight amount of brightness with the yellow vs white, but you'll have much better visibility in snow, fog, rain, etc. with the yellow vs white as it won't reflect back...
If you're keeping it on the street and like the bigger tires, I'd go with one size up. You'll be able to clear 35s with the 2" lift as long as you get the right offset. And you can go with another tire like the Nitto Ridge Grappler or Toyo RT or RT Trail if you want something that looks a little...
RPG UCAs, Icon CDEV shocks on a factory Sasquatch truck. 17x8.5 0 offset fifteen52 Turbomacs with 37" Toyo MT's. Very slight rubbing at full lock when flexing, but it does clear the rest of the time without issue.
If you're not doing any hardcore crawling and flexing it out, I think you'll be good. And great point about the larger openings on the Everglades models. I also dig the flares being painted. Gives a pseudo Heritage vibe with the grille, looking sharp so far.
Appreciate the kind words on our...
Thank you both! I can't take credit for the photos. Customer supplied them to us after doing a shoot with Mike Noga. You can see more of his work here: https://www.instagram.com/mikeynoga/
The customer states that he has not noticed any settling and actually just sent me these photos for...
What all are you doing on yours? Aftermarket glass and a 4" lift should do it as long as you keep the offset I check.
We did ADV glass and Icon CDEV shocks with RPG billet components on the Wildtrak and we easily cleared the 37" Toyo MTs.
If you want to check out our other build thread, you...
If you check out the last post, we explained that our plans changed. Our Wildtrak was too far delayed and we have a Bronco Raptor on the way now. Went 37s on the Wildtrak. 39s are going on the BRaptor once it shows up. And we've already put 39s on another Bronco Raptor and have multiple others...
