I've been wrenching on my own vehicles forever and I rarely trust others to do the same quality of work I can do myself. So for my 1st oil change @ 4600 mi. I figured I would change the oil/filter myself. I have access to a 2-post lift so no big deal right?
The procedure itself is pretty...
That's good news @Grant3168 . I'm at 11 months also and the wipers are my only disappointment:mad: with my Bronco. My recall appointment is already set for early March!
+1 for the IAG domes, they are bright. The wiring was a bit tricky but I enjoy working on my truck so that just made the install more interesting. Mine come on with the doors and with a dedicated up fitter switch (6). No regrets at all!
@OgBroncoBoi You just sold a set of these for Fifteen52! Iāve been looking at these for a long time. I donāt have a local dealer so I had planned to buy just one to see how it looks on my Area51 Badlands. No need now, Iāll just order the 5 and be glad about it! Many thanks for posting š
BTW...
I installed the TrailRax 1/2 rack on my 2DR. Solid construction, easy install, and doesnāt add more wind noise at speed (Iāve got enough already). The only photo I happen to have.
The M97 engine in my ā06 Cayman S has a less than .01 % chance of IMS failure. Iāll just DRIVE it! The prior gen with the M96 is more like .1% Guessing thatās what he has/had.
With the exception of my wiper software issue, my ā23 BL has been trouble free. I only have one short-staffed dealer in my city so my appointment to get that āfixedā is over two months away. Hoping that it goes smoothlyā¦..
I have an appointment to have my ā23 Badlands professionally ceramic coated. Iām wondering if anyone has had their MIC top coated as well? Is it possible and would it be effective? The company doing my truck has never encountered a MIC top.
TIA! Chris
Jesse,
I'm hoping you'll update this thread when you've had the chance to drive in the rain. I'm scheduled for the update in February, the soonest my dealer could get me in...... TIA!
