I have the Harken hoist as well, took 3-4 hours to properly install, but I'm also bad with instructions. For $160 plus $10 worth of lag bolts and some leftover 2x4s, I'd say it's worth it.

Got the baby pic today, and picked her up a couple hours later, after 21 months, she's finally mine! In and out of the dealer in under 45 minutes, no haggling, gave me MSRP less the price protection rebates, I'm still a little shocked lol. Say no to everything they offer, wheel & tire insurance is only worth it if you find yourself with a lot of flats or curbing rims. Not sure how it applies if you actually go off-road, but it's all forms of insurance, so depends how you feel about gambling lol.

Have you used the Ford chat to ask for an ETA? The estimate they gave me held true, so that might help you make a decision. You're so close to the finish line, I wouldn't go buy another car, maybe look into a rental or turo for a few weeks to hold you over?
