I got all the stuff in to change the transmission pan and fluid on my wife's Bronco. Went with the PPE standard capacity pan and 9 quarts of Amsoil ULV fluid. I'll probably wait until the end of October to change it all out. Hopefully it'll cool off a little here in SW louisiana. I do all my own...

I bought this rig on Amazon. It comes with several adapters. It will suck the old fluid out and blow the new fluid in. Works better than the old girlfriend.:crackup: It really does do a good job and helps reduce most of the mess when dropping the transmission pan.

I purchased this product off of Amazon and installed it yesterday. Very easy to install. Unfortunately I got up this morning and it's already peeling off. Cleaned everything with alcohol before installing. Will probably see if I can get my money back.

Really don't know how much oil a 2.7 bronco takes. I've changed oil in mine several times. Just 6 quarts mind you. It always shows over filled on the dipstick. I've let it drain for over an hour. Same results. I've put it on one ramp on the driver's side to help it maybe drain a little more...

Just get a garden sprayer and mix some warm soapy water in it. Dawn works great. Spay them. Problem solved

I have a pair of leather welding gloves that I use to remove my suppressors when they are hot. They come about halfway down your forearm. Would these be long enough?
