I know its a long shot but anybody have a set of TPMS they'd like to part with? Also, I'm looking for a very low mile set of KO2's in 285/70/17. I'm in Central AR, but could drive a bit in any direction for a good deal.
just another data point here... all the dealers around me, min of a week to diagnose, 3 weeks or more to actually fix something. All the dealers... I called many. I also have two Infiniti vehicles, they can be serviced at Infiniti or Nissan, also 3 weeks or more to do anything. My fave...
Anybody know why these are being marketed as Off-Road only? I know there's no technical reason (not real bead lock). But, I also don't like the idea of buying something that explicitly says no street use.
My thinking was if its load sensing causing our issue (primarily), then perhaps silicone over rubber might help alleviate some of the load on the motors. Then, they would only fail you when you really REALLY needed them, not just every time it rains a little harder than normal.
I don't know about you guys but for what I need RainX to do, it's only lasting about a week or two at most. Thats the direct spray on, not the wipes, two thick coats. The friction from these wipers and the aero on the windshield must be more than wipers normally have. With that in mind...
I shipped a Limited Slip Diff from my G37 Coupe to that area of Georgia with Fedex. It was heavy, in a very sturdy crate. It was to that area in GA and did the same thing bouncing around with tracking. Then, it just disappeared along the route. Nothing ever showed up. I had to...
You don't want a Lipo battery mounted on your windshield in the summer heat. Dash cams have a 'super capacitor' that stores enough power to close the video file and shut down properly, rather than a volatile lipo. Sure, Lipos can pop, but most likely it will just swell and destroy your...
The people posting that it isn't a problem just haven't experienced it and don't understand. It's not that you're trying to drive as fast as you can and the wipers can't keep up. The problem is that you ARE driving a safe speed for conditions and randomly your wipers change the visibility...
yeah. mine looks the same at the back pass side of the mid panel. Just noticed it two days ago, really didn't see it there before. It was pouring here today, I can see the seal more than I'd like, but no leaks I could find. took delivery late Oct 22
Video aside, I assure you, when it happens in a heavy downpour to mine, there's no issue of perception, its virtually zero visibility. I can barely see the front of the hood. at highway speeds, in traffic. It can be scary as hell.
Car Question Answered was just saying that floor plan companies were repo-ing new cars off the lot and taking them to auction. Its possible the dealers aren't directly responsible for highly desirable new vehicles ending up at Auction. The Floor plan companies want their money and aren't...
Oh.. whoosh. missed the 'song' part, yeah, I also didn't keep the streaming part. Terrible messaging/marketing on their connectivity.
Speaking of smartthings, ya know the smartthings can be accessed through Android Auto right? I have some shortcuts for lighting and the garage door on...
I thought that Alexa was 3 years. ATT is 3 months for hotspot. I could still be on the trial, but I my Alexa doesn't work until Android Auto connects. I'm on 3.5.4 and 8.6xxx. Which sorta sucks while I'm waiting to connect AA to close the garage door by voice (over Meross app/skill)...
I've had this randomly. Just had it this morning. Called by steering wheel to bring up AA, dialed from shortcut on screen. I'm on the latest Power up 8.5.4/8.6 AA over wireless on a Lux, S20 Ultra. Its just random, I can't replicate it but its sorta uncommon now.
For me, lane assist is only useful on long interstate trips. It seems to reduce some fatigue. Not that I'm not mindful or wander all over the road, but its just enough to be helpful. In town or some shoulderless highways/roads, it really struggles if there arent VERY clear white or yellow...
Eh, sorta disagree on it not being mostly a ring issue. Nobody really goes back and checks lugs after 500 miles anymore because with hubcentric applications it's super rare this occurs. I'm old school, when I run aftermarket wheels on a sports car, I do have a torque wrench in the car and...
I just got Coolwalk. It doesn't show up in the Play Store as an update. Super weird. I looked at the GameSnack thing while parked and had 3X the games I had before. Sure enough, now reporting as 8.6x. It doesn't look much different than 8.5 with cards I got when full screen came...
Method and/or Discount should have strongly recommended or even supplied hubcentric rings for the wheels. I'm not sure where the ultimate responsibility lies on this one. I've bought a lot of wheels for other vehicles, if they weren't the exact bore when I mentioned the intended...
I'm old school and know my bias/habits may not apply to modern engines.... but I also did a post break in change, having not heard of any downside (and had a couple free change coupons from the dealer). I didn't read much here on the forums before doing that. But I wasn't aware of any...
