UPDATE: Received a call from Ford Customer Service to review my issues. I am bringing it in to another Dealer in NJ on Friday and see what they say. Customer Service said they will followup with Dealer and call me on Monday to get an update in order to resolve the issues. Lets see what happens...

I will add that I also emailed with a Ford Customer Service Rep about my issues over a week ago and crickets! Very odd. I scheduled service with another Ford Dealer in NJ and will see what they say.

Thanks and best of luck with getting the panels aligned. Mine is not as bad as yours on that front, that would really bother me and Ford really needs to get a handle on this it’s crazy! Agreed on the sport mode it’s very fun!
