We just picked up our Bronco last night. Initially (last week) it showed no PP. Our dealer had to re-submit paperwork to Ford with the original order documents for approval.

I lost too much sleep over this process. Sold my DD last week since that's when it was supposed to be delivered. Had to drive my F250 for a few days. But it worked out in the end. Now I got my Wife's old car as my DD which is a big upgrade over my old POS DD.
