Then they need another option, fast. My Bronco was built 3 weeks ago and has been sitting outside ever since.
Once these vehicles have been rotting outside for a few months, they won't be sellable. Not to anyone with half a brain, that is.
I don't think Ford wants this to become big news. Frankly it probably should be more well known by now.
Maybe they're better at having tweets deleted than making vehicles. 🤔
There are hundreds of Broncos is a similar situation, they are all in the MAP parking lot.
Either waiting for a chip (doubt) or waiting for a MIC top that can pass QC.
Finally heard back from my dealer:
"Your Bronco is built. it looks like it is at the plant most likely waiting on a chip. I will let you know as soon as we get an ETA."
:LOL::LOL::LOL:
Lot rot?
fucking hell, wish I never heard that...
Problems that occur when cars sit unattended for long periods:
Rust
Brake issues
Batteries that will not hold a charge
Tires developing flat spots
Damaged paint
Screeching tires
Someone was insisting there's a bestop soft top.
Maybe Ford will put those on to save a sale?
They've got thousands of built 2 doors with bad tops. If those rot for months and then they stick a honeycomb top on there anyway, they can kiss some money goodbye.
I wouldn't buy it.
