@ZFGracing tune by far. Who wouldn't want 100+ more horsepower on tap? I rode in a stock Raptor the other day. I had forgotten how slow they are in factory form.
Mine are from FactionFab but doesn't look like they have any in stock right now. You want high grade forged aluminum and hub centric. something like this:
Bronco RAPTOR 2022+ Rokblokz Elite Wheel Spacers — RokBlokz
Can't do this with the B&O. You have to get a DSP to modify the B&O in the same way and thats $$$

The 2025's supposedly have a better DSP amp out of the box, but I haven't heard one in person
E's for the toughness. Every Raptor event I go to, I see others get punctures on the stock KO2's.
I also wheel a lot solo, so I need maximum toughness for reliability. They also deform just fine when you air them down. Only con really is just having the low air pressure light on all the time...
I have these with the SSV speakers and the install was easy. It would be even easier if you installed them at the same time you have the top off. Definitely a volume and clarity improvement over the factory B&O speakers.
Schofield/Punchbowl was awesome when I did it a couple of years go. The Raptor width made it pretty sketchy in a few parts, but the views/scenery was worth it.
When you add springs, your base ride height changes. The piston inside the shock is at a different position. The ride height sensor thinks you're in a drooped position if you do not recalibrate and will ride harsher and feel jittery over small bumps/rough roads. The Live Valve shocks have...
@ZFGracing and it ain't even close.
Add an intercooler to your mod list.
I'm afraid of the quality of research done if it led you to wanting to stack a procal and a pulsar.
I had the charge pipes on order and cancelled as well. Kept getting the runaround on when they would have them. Every time I checked the website the date would be pushed back. pretty poor customer service from CVF
Maybe can shed some light on what's going on @CVF-Jason
Are you asking if you can run 93 octane with the E50 tune installed/flashed to your Bronco? That is a recipe for disaster. Not hyperbole. The engine will fail if you do this AND drive it aggressively.
You will need to flash the tunes back and forth to run either dedicated tune (93 vs E50).
I...
Largely the same for me. I'll do it all. There is a dealer close to me though that is pretty mod friendly and also has some techs that have done good work on BRaptors. I let that dealer do an alignment for me lol
If you have E85 available near you, it really is the cheapest and most effective way to increase octane. Any time I am in west TX where the best you can get is 91, I add 5 gallons of E85 per full tank to get the octane in the 93-94 range.
